These sessions are for those who would like to connect to themselves and other energetically sensitive, empathetic seekers through intimate, nurturing group online gatherings where we embrace identify the conscious choices available to each of us, inspire each other and hold each other accountable for showing up for ourselves through facilitated discussions, exercises, and home practice.
